| Details: | Based on information obtained in the water system survey, the open plan review for the sodium hypochlorite generator, and recent monthly operating reports. Contact time does not appear to be met on certain days depending on flow, chlorine residual and dosing parameters in November 2023. The water system operator was requested to perform the appropriate CT calculations on the November and December 2023 monitoring and reporting forms and resubmit or submit those along with all detailed calculations confirming contact time based on flows, residual, correct clear well volume and temperature. The sodium hypochlorite generator programming is pending recalibration in the very short term according to the appropriate clearwell volume. The 2006 tracer study may be utilized for calculations, once clearwell volumes have been properly applied until the pending the upcoming required new tracer study is completed. |
