| Details: | The water system (Amazon) contracts with Hannah with Global Technology Solutions to collect water samples at both Amazon locations (Hermiston and Umatilla). The lead and copper samples collected at the Umatilla location were done on 8/22/23. One location was over the ALE (Mens Bathroom). There were copper detections at all locations but the result was high enough to make the 90% over. A follow up sample was done on 9/21 and it was also over the action level but much lower (1.68 mg/l) from the 8/22 result of 2.53mg/l. System is brand new contruction around 2018. Premise plumbing most likely is contributing to the copper detections. System is current on additional follow up samples and is planning on taking (2) 6-month rounds and entry point lead and copper samples. Further action will be determined by these sample results.
