| Details: | I called and spoke with Carol from Gramada Terrace regarding a positive coliform sample result. I told her that 2 follow up samples are required; one "repeat" sample from distribution at the same tap that yielded the positive result or one right near it, and a "triggered" source sample to be collected from the tap nearest to the well, and that since this is an OVS - Oregon Very Small water system, both samples are required to be collected within 10 days. | ||
