| Details: | I reached out to Peter Farrelly of Oregon Health Authority: Drinking Water Services with questions regarding the plan review and construction waiver at Eagle Creek Food Mart. He indicated that the plan review process was completed in May of 2018. DWS has accepted the construction waiver and plan review for the new well at Eagle Creek Food Mart despite its proximity to hazards given its construction and aquifer characteristics. I have adjusted the water system survey significant deficiency tracking on the system's "yourwater" site to reflect the 5/1/2018 successful completion of the waiver and review. | ||
