| Details: | Bill called and left a voice message asking why he received a card in the mail from OHA. I called back and left a message. I don't see any current violations but annual nitrate monitoring hasn't been done since 2016. I asked bill to collect a nitrate sample for 2019 asap and to call me back with any questions. | ||
