| Details: | 01/03/2024, OHA Drinking Water Services received a letter from a law office on behalf of Grand Ronde Community Water Association requesting an extension on the installation deadline to utilize treatment for disinfectant and residual maintenance. The new deadline would be April 14, 2025. After reviewing the request, I sent an email to the water operator on 01/10/2024 at 11:41am approving the extension requests in addition to asking the operator to provide an update on their progress in six(6) months. 04/07/2025: Plan review has not been submitted to OHA for formal review for a chlorine residual disinfection(or UV). Engineer has provided an update on where they are in the processes with the local planning department. 2nd extension request granted and extended to July 1, 2025. |
