| Details: | On 1/10/24 I received an alert for 4 excursions for the month of December 2023 for not meeting the minimum water quality parameters at entry point D (EP-D) for the South Yamhill River. The system is allowed up to 9 excursions in a 6-month monitoring period. With only 5 excursions in the period from 7/1/23 - 12/31/23 which will not carry forward to the next monitoring period beginning 1/1/24, no further action is needed. I did call Gregg Binks and left a voice mail regarding the excursions and requested that he call me back at 971-200-0288. I also followed up with an e-mail with a link this contact report. | ||
