| Details: | NCPHD received a notification for a complaint that was received by Molly Keller with DWS and forwarded to Chantal Wikstrom. The complaint was in regard to an an unauthorized sewer connection behind the Sinclair gas station in Rufus Oregon that was in close proximity to a hose bib connected to the community water system. A backflow tester from Hood River was testing the backflow device and had concerns and forwarded the complaint to DWS. NCPHD has responded to the local enforcement agency to determine next steps. |
