| Details: | Called Sharon Hansen and left a voicemessage at 8:05 am this morning. I stated that two late non/reporting violations were generated for routine coliform and the source water assessment sample.I sent an email at 8:17 am The violations will RTC once the next set of samples are reported/collected on-time during the next monitoring period. Justine Bova: Received a call back from Camp K at 2:10pm and we discussed the late/nonreporting violations and where they need to be taken. Facility has a new water systems operator, Wendy Sirman. Called Wendy Sirman at 2:35pm and left a voicemail requesting contact information and to confirm that she is the new operator. 1/24/24: Justine reached out to Wendy by email at 9:55am and asked again if Wendy is the Water Systems operator. Reiterated information about the Late/Nonreporting violations for routine and source coliform samples, and instructed Wendy to get these submitted as soon as possible. Reminded Wendy about the Water System Survey due this year and asked her to schedule this with us. |
