Details:	Operator called from Agape to give us his cell phone number to contact him regarding the level 2 coliform investigation at Agape. I am unable to call back the operator because the church operates on limited hours and the number he left did not have an area code and I am unable to get the call to go through. Mike stated they posted a boil water notice on 12/30/18. I will mail a copy of the boil notice template and a link, since I am unable to get ahold of this operator via phone and they do not have an email on file or online. I activated the boil water notice from the date they stated they posted a sign. I left a message and I will schedule their level 2 once I get a return call or are able to get a hold of the operator.
