| Details: | The City of Amity tested 68% of the systems backflow assemblies/devices in 2022 and estimates ~40% in 2023. This low testing resulted in a significant deficiency/rule violation during the April 2023 WSS. The low and estimated decreased backflow assemblies/devices testing in 2023 makes this deficiency unresolved. DWS requested a new corrective action plan to address the unresolved significant deficiency on 1/12/24. | ||
