| Details: | Operator has been absent for several months and has not been taking routine coliform samples. Sample results showing on SDWIS for November 2023 and January 2024 were taken by Deschutes County staff for customer confidence. Last sample operator took was September 2023. June 2023 coliform was also missed. Future samples taken for customer safety and confidence will be labeled as specials rather than routine so we have water quality results but system receives non-sampling violations. SDWIS shows 3 points, but should actually reflect 5 points for non-sampling. PUC has mandated a regent be appointed for this system, but has yet to be successful in finding one. In the meantime system has no certified operator, no sampling is being conducted, no reporting, failure to issue boil water notice when required, no annual CCR, no ASR. | ||
