| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Derrick Koppuzha of Linn County Health reached out to the circuit rider on behalf of the Cascades Elementary water system for assistance regarding their recent lead excursion. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider reached out to the water system via phone and left several VMs for P. Shoulders. It is believed that school was not in session, so the calls were going unanswered. Eventually the circuit rider was put in touch with Devin Peckfelder (actual operator of the water system) and discussed how and when to take WQPs for the next steps in the process. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider will assist with selection of a corrosion control method once the two rounds of WQPs are done.
