| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Kaline Chavarria of Lincoln County reached out to the circuit rider on behalf of the Searvier Water District Improvement Company to schedule a site visit for the purpose of a system assessment. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider reached out to Shawn Synder, the City’s Administrator, to help navigate the SAM registration website. Shawn noted that she was stuck on a certain page that was asking for information that she did not have. The circuit rider was able to coach Shawn through the page by using alternative information. The circuit rider continued to call Shawn every week to check on her progress, and offered assistance to any issues. Shawn left VM that she had managed to get through the whole process the week of September 17th, 2023. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider can provide further assistance as needed. |
