| Details: | This system sampled positive for E. Coli beginning 11/2/23. During inspection, the operator and I discovered a large conduit opening at the wellhead. This was corrected during my level 2 investigation. The system has also shocked this system and provided a negative coliform sample on 12/28/23. I have lifted the boil advisory on this day, will provide a photo of the correction to DWS-compliance, requested the system change to seasonal, and request assessment monitoring during the seasonal period in addition to the required routine samples. The system will also inform me of any positive samples for coliform whether they are designated as special samples or not. This system is also not serving any water until springtime so we should have some established special sample results to assure this water continues to be safe. |
