Details:	System reached out to DWS staff with concerns about being able to safely submit their LT2 sample to the lab given the current winter storm and the mountain pass commute being icy. DWS informed system staff the standard LT2 sampling window is within 2 days before or 2 days after the designated sample date (aka a 5-day window), but they can reschedule if unable to collect the sample due to weather.
