Reasons:	Nitrate

Details:	Annual nitrate for well #1 7.05mg/l. Asked operator and Edge lab if the well naming is correct as well #1 is shown as Inactive and only well #2 EP-C active. Both wells have a history of elevated nitrates and seem to be R & C about 7-8. Only well 2 has been sampled for last couple years. will add addendum to report once I clarify which well was sampled and reported. No quarterly sampling necessary if under 10 mg/l. If results ever exceed 10mg/l, system may have to blend sources or add treatment. 1/18/24 - verified that it was well #2 EP-C that was sampled and edge lab submitted amended report. No action by system at this time since results have been R & C around 7-8 for several years. System may want to monitor well #1 as well in case blending of sources is needed.
