| Details: | DWS staff reached out to system staff and informed them failure to take a yearly source assessment sample resulted in Violation #903160358. DWS educated system that source water samples from wells should be collected directly from the well prior to any treatment. DWS stated informed system if they submit a source water sample this year (2024) it will 1) count as the 2024 required source water sample and will 2) return both violations [(Violation (#903160358) and Violation (#903160357)] to compliance. | ||
