| Details: | This email is to remind you that a public notice is required for the Coliform Investigation Nonreporting violation from May 5th, 2023. It must be distributed to the users of the system, and a copy needs to be sent to me for reporting to Oregon Health Authority. This procedure NEEDS/NEEDED to be completed before August 1st, 2023. Currently it is past due and is being reported as a violation. Once I get a copy of the notice, I will contact OHA to get your system returned to compliance.
