Details:	Operator let me know on Jan 10th that there were two +TC (-EC) detections at the Paul and Walnut sampling stations. The operator took the necessary repeats (upstream, downstream, and original) as well as triggered source samples at Wells 6 and 7. Sample results from the Jan 11th repeat sampling showed 4 repeat sampling sites (915 Marie, Walnut, 215 Walnut, and Paul) to be +TC (-EC). Operator completed the level 1 investigation on 1/18 and noted there was maintenance that could have introduced contamination, waterline replacement, and a loss of pressure on S. Pershing St that he believed to be the cause of the +TC detections.
