| Details: | Andy contacted NCPHD with deficiency updates for the O&M manual and the hazards near the well, however they have yet to complete the coliform sampling plan. I inquired about that update and have yet to hear back. Since there is a high accumulation of snowfall on Mt. Hood, I've extended the corrective action date to 1/31/24. | ||
