| Details: | Spoke with operator regarding the positive coliform results for a sample submitted on 1-4-19. Three repeat samples and one source sample was submitted to the lab today, 1-7-19. During our conversation, I questioned what she thought the possible cause of the positive result given that this system has residual maintenance chlorination. She claims she believes it is sampling technique issue. | ||
