| Details: | There are two violations that are related to Consumer Confidence Reports (CCR), 900005081 and 900005079 shown in the table below. Please create a Consumer Confidence report and distribute it to the users of the system and myself, so I can get it entered into the OHA drinking water database. Once that is completed, we can then certify the report.
