| Details: | NCPHD contacted Curtis to get updates on completing the Level 1 Coliform Investigation. Curtis informed me that he had filled out the form and sent it in a brown file via mail to NCPHD. He also mentioned that he had visited the city of Dalles lab to submit another sample for 1017 Clark on January 1, 2024, and the results returned negative. I advised Curtis to email me a copy of the investigation so that I can forward it along with the lab results to DWS compliance. Curtis sent an email copy of the Level 1 Coliform Investigation to NCPHD. NCPHD has sent the copy to DWS compliance. Curtis was advised to email a copy of the lab results from The Dalles Lab to NCPHD to submit to DWS compliance. |
