| Details: | Made contact with Dimitry by phone on 1/30/24 at 8:45am. Dimitry stated that a water quality test was submitted on Friday the 26th, but will confirm with Angela (who is in charge of getting water quality tests submitted) and follow up by email later today. Reminded Dimitry that samples are required for both routine coliform and nitrates. 2/12/24: Called Dimitry at about 4:20pm and told him that the coliform sample was submitted, but the nitrate sample still has not been received. Dimitry states he did not understand that this sample was due as well. Said he will let Angela know to take a nitrate sample today and get it submitted as soon as possible. Christina Tisdell forwarded over the link for them to access Eola Inn's sampling schedule on Data Online. 2/20/24: Emailed Dimitry to remind him that this sample still has not been submitted, and to take the sample immediately if it has not been done |
