| Details: | We contacted Mr. Price regarding the missing source water assessment samples for SRC-AB & SCR-AC. Previously, we had noted that samples taken on 12/12/23 had been labeled incorrectly. One of the samples (VGL0235-04) was changed to an assessment sample for SRC-AA. It appears that samples: VGL0235-02 and VGL0235-03 were also intended to be source water samples as well. These 'Routine' sample results ought to be changed to 'Assessment samples' in the online record. Mr. Price confirmed that there were two samples intended to be source water samples; however, he was not available to confirm which one, for which source today. We asked Mr. Price to contact our office with an email detailing their intent when he returns from vacation (next week). At present, either the sample IDs will need to be changed, or new assessment samples will need to be taken as soon as possible (in 2024) as a corrective action. There does not appear to be any hazard to public health; we will wait for a response from the operator before taking action. |
