| Details: | Today an email was sent to the operator regarding the system not submitting a source water assessment sample for 2022 or the 2023 year. It was explained that the system is responsible for submitting one of these samples annually. It was recommended that they system submit their 2024 source water assessment as soon as possible in order to return the violations to compliance. | ||
