| Details: | Today a voicemail was left for the operator explaining that the system accrued a violation for not submitting the required source sample to determine if their source was free of E. coli and coliforms. They submitted their 3 repeats from the distribution but did not record a source sample. A phone call was received from the operator. He explained that the source sample was submitted an was clean but data did not get uploaded until yesterday. This was confirmed and compliance was emailed to have the violation removed. |
