| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator. It was discussed that the facility had missed submitted their 4th quarter coliform sample for 2023. It was explained that the system must not miss their 1st quarter coliform otherwise will end up on monthly sampling. It was also discussed that the system is responsible for their annual source water assessment as well as an annual nitrate. | ||
