| Details: | Regulator spoke with John Breding at the OPRD office at Emigrant String State Park about the O&M rule violation cited on the August 2023 WSS. The campground is seasonally closed and during this scheduled closure, they are updating and rewriting the O&M manual. Mr. Breding asked for an extension with a due date of April 2024 when the campground is scheduled to reopen. Regulator has adjusted the due date to April 30, 2024 |
