| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator explaining that the facility did no submit required annual nitrate for 2023 year. Explained that the firm is still responsible for monthly coliform and annual nitrate. Operator explained that they felt they have done 12 consecutive months of clean coliform sampling and should be back on quarterly. This was verified and compliance emailed to have this resolved. |
