| Details: | The Dixie Mountain Grange water system has received a violation for no nitrate sample submitted for 2023. I asked Dan to submit a nitrate sample in 2024 in order to return to compliance. They have not done any nitrate sampling since 2019. If they submit a nitrate violation 10 points will be removed from their violations score of 13. If the grange hall is no longer in use, I asked him to send me confirmation. Even if the grange hall is in use, it may not qualify to be a public water system anymore if annual days of use are too low to meet the threshold. I requested Dan inform me as to number of days it is used annually. |
