| Details: | Andy received a voicemail from NCPHD regarding a significant deficiency in the coliform sampling plan. He called them back and left a voicemail stating that he had completed the plan, and asked which email address to send it to for Camp Baldwin. NCPHD then called back and left a voicemail with the email address for Andy to send the coliform sampling plan. Andy sent via email photos of the coliform sampling plan for Camp Baldwin to NCPHD. |
