| Details: | Ronald called to report that he did collect 3 temporary routines in October and wondered why we didn't get them. I explained even though he collected the samples on 10/31, the lab did not report them until 11/13 which made them late. He said he was unaware they had to be reported by 11/10 and said next time he will collect the samples sooner. I reminded him that he could take the 1st quarter routine any time now and to remember to collect an assessment sample for 2019. | ||
