| Details: | I received an alert on 1/30/24 for a nitrate result of 6.83 mg/l sampled 1/2/24 from EP-B Davis/Odell Spring. This system had been on a quarterly sampling schedule for nitrates in 2023 and had been found to be reliably and consistently below the MCL for nitrate and had been allowed to return to annual sampling beginning 1/1/24 with sampling to be completed in the first quarter (Jan - March) of each year, which coincides with the highest results from the quarterly sampling. No further action is required. | ||
