| Details: | Called Samuel Davis to inform him that his water system is receiving violations for the failure to collect routine coliform samples, yearly nitrate sample and the one time arsenic sample (see https://yourwater.oregon.gov/violsum.php?pwsno=06315). He said that he was aware of the violations since he just recently received a violation card in the mail. He also said that he was currently out of town and that when he gets back, he will work with one of the labs in Bend and collect the three samples. | ||
