| Details: | System received a violation (2555725) for non-reporting a triggered sample after the last total coliform detection. The system has only been pumping well #1 due to a problem with the VFD on well #2 so a violation for triggered non-reporting is not necessary. I am requesting that violation (2555721) also be RTC'd since only well #2 was being operated when the initial positive was taken so only one triggered was submitted. There is also no need for a level 2 investigation since repeats from the Sept 25,2018 detection were finally submitted on Oct 10th. This issue is not a water quality issue just a late reporting problem. |
