| Details: | Shawn Stevenson, Kimberly Tanner, Jacob Mauro and myself visited the water source intake structure today. The intake structure has undergone recent storm/flooding damage/erosion and the intake structure is collecting surface water. There is no archive records (i.e., plan review) to indicate the intake structure was collecting solely groundwater prior to being damaged. The water system will need to reconstruct the intake in a manner and process that proves the intake is collecting solely groundwater. At this time, the water system's source will be reclassified as a surface water source. | ||
