Details:	NCPHD left a voicemail for Tyler regarding significant deficiencies. I informed Tyler that compliance is sending an enforcement letter absence of a flap valve, screen, or equivalent on overflow. I mentioned NCPHD left a voicemail for Zach Harvey and have not heard back from him. NCPHD received a phone call from Tyler Stone and we spoke about the significant deficiencies. He needs to send someone out to take photos of the screen on the overflow. He will send the photos on February 12 or 13, 2024. I informed compliance and extended the deadline to February 15, 2024.
