| Details: | Dylan reported that his routine distribution sample returned TC+. We discussed reviewing his sampling schedule once the alert posted. He was advised to submit one repeat sample and a TG sample from each well. He reported that the repeat sample and TG sample were being submitted today. We had discussion about remediation and possible treatment techniques to resolve the ongoing issue. Well #2 was TC+ positive from an incident in November 2023. |
