Details:	Called Wendy Sirman at 9:30am on 2/8/24. Asked her who the primary contact would be for the Camp K water system. Wendy states that there is a bit of confusion surrounding who would be the primary contact. Yanira Vega is the Facilities Manager and lives in Oregon, Wendy is the Office Administrator and lives in California but is moving to Utah in the following month. Yanira Vega will probably be the primary water system contact. Wendy wants to be CC'd on correspondence. Yanira is currently not in office, will be back on Monday and group meeting on Tuesday. Contact to follow up on Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday. Yanira will be taking over as the Water system contact. Discussed getting familiar with the Drinking Water Data Online website and provided these resources by email. Yanira said she will be working on this soon, as well as getting familiar with the procedures they already have once she finds these. Yanira provided this address: 1825 NW Cottonwood Dr McMinnville, OR 97128 I will get this updated in our system immediately. Also discussed that a Water System Survey is due this year and that this will need to be scheduled soon.
