Details: Called Wendy Sirman at 9:30am on 2/8/24. Asked her who the primary contact would be for the Camp K water system. Wendy states that there is a bit of confusion surrounding who would be the primary contact. Yanira Vega is the Facilities Manager and lives in Oregon, Wendy is the Office Administrator and lives in California but is moving to Utah in the following month.


Yanira Vega will probably be the primary water system contact. Wendy wants to be CC'd on correspondence.

Yanira is currently not in office, will be back on Monday and group meeting on Tuesday. Contact to follow up on Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday.

There seems to be very little understanding of who is in charge of the water system and no one knows where to find the procedures for the water system sampling, etc. This will all be discussed on Tuesday, 2/13/24.




2/14/24:

Spoke with Yanira Vega on the phone. Yanira will be taking over as the Water system contact. Discussed getting familiar with the Drinking Water Data Online website and provided these resources by email. Yanira said she will be working on this soon, as well as getting familiar with the procedures they already have once she finds these.
