Details: Background/Problem Identification:

The proposed water system reached out to the Circuit Rider to request disinfection system tracer testing. OHA followed up during plan review for additional support.

Assistance Provided:

The Circuit Rider tested the system on 4/12/2023. Revisions to the CT report were made on 11/10/2023 per plan review comments. Please see the attached report.

Follow-Up Actions Needed:

The circuit rider can provide further follow-up assistance if needed.
