| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Seal Rock Water District is required to collect and analyze samples monthly for 24 months to comply with the LT2 requirement. Assistance Provided: Civil West Engineering, as the OHA Circuit Rider is assisting the water system with LT2 sampling and reporting requirements. We are conducting sample collection, shipment to the laboratory, and pass through lab and shipping costs. Sample test results are uploaded monthly to the State reporting email. Follow-Up Actions Needed: Monthly monitoring needs to continue through August 2025. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: Please see the attached lab results. |
