| Details: | NCPHD received an email from Robert Hughes. In the email, Robert had attached a photo of a drain that had a screen. NCPHD forwarded the photo to Brad Daniels, NCPHD then marked the significant deficiency as corrected. Additionally, NCPHD replied to Robert about another significant deficiency about not having an operations and maintenance manual. Robert called and spoke with NCPHD about a new timeframe to correct the significant deficiency. The deadline has been extended to February 29, 2024, and NCPHD sent a template via email. Robert will send the complete operations and maintenance manual via email to NCPHD. |
