| Details: | The firm has been moved to quarterly Nitrate monitoring since the sample received is greater than 5 mg/l. The operator informed me that a new well has been drilled and is in the process of final approval. The new well will serve the PWS and the current well (old well) will be disconnected from the system. At that time if the firm will move back to annual nitrate sampling as long as the Nitrate sample from the new well is less than 5 mg/l. | ||
