Details: DBPs over MCL. Presumed contact time is 2415 minutes (check file for tracer study; if none, conduct tracer study). Discussed ways to reduce DBP concentrations, including: lower chlorine dose to 0.4 mg/L; lower volume in reservoir/clear well to achieve faster turnover; periodically flush reservoir; get slow sand filter running. Change from color wheel to digital chlorine meter. Tracer study can be conducted by circuit rider.

Sample for DBPs this quarter and next, minimum. If MCL continues to be exceeded, will need to continue quarterly DBP monitoring.
