Details:	I emailed Wendy and Yanira Vera and informed them their coliform samples came back positive which generated a Level 1 investigation. I emailed them a copy of the Level 1 investigation form, informed them to correct any sanitary defects found, and send back the investigation form within 30-days. In addition, I informed them that they have to take three temporary routine samples in March, 2024.
