| Details: | Talked in length about what the potential problem could be. I expressed that I would like to set aside some time to come out and look at the system. Operator believes the well head/seal slab to be intact. Took last sample from swivel faucet. I advised three repeats - do not use the swivel faucet. Disinfect the faucets an flush for several minutes prior to taking sample. Take a source sample as well. Do not disinfect prior to taking repeat samples or source (triggered) sample. Discussed use of facility, does use kitchen from time to time. | ||
