I contacted Miranda via email and provider her with next steps to address the overdue items on the compliance and enforcement schedule:

1-Certification of Notice to Individual Consumers:
Next steps: The operator has to notify the homes where the taps were tested using the correct template (template provided via email). Email copy to DMCE.

2-Lead and Coper Rule (LCR) public Education (PE) brochure: Since the system exceeded the 90th percentile lead action level, the system is required to handout a public Education (PE) brochure to ALL customers. A link to the PE brochure template provided via email. The operator was reminded to email me a draft version for revision and approval.

3-CCT recommendations: Prior to requesting Circuit Rider assistance with the CCR recommendations, the system has to submit a second round of water quality parameters taken from the distribution system.

Miranda submitted an action plan. The plan was incomplete. She was advised to edit the plan, providing specific dates when the system expected to address the items listed above.
