Details: System received violation for no DBP sample 2023. System did take DBP sample, but from address other than the approved location. Emailed operator Eric and reminded to take DBP sample next September from 1170 Varnish. If this is not possible, change sampling location to adjacent home/bld that meets sampling site criteria.
